Cancellation Policy
Should you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask for your cooperation in providing us with a minimum of 24 hours notice. This enables us to adjust our schedule accordingly and accommodate your needs at a more convenient time. If you must cancel your appointment, we appreciate receiving notice at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the most efficient use of our resources. In the event that a cancellation or rescheduling notice is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, we reserve the right to charge a fee equivalent to half of the original booking price. This fee is intended to compensate for the time and resources reserved for your appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. However, our policy is designed to maintain the efficiency of our operations and provide fair consideration to both our clients and service providers.
